STORAGE & CARE
Always keep product refrigerated when storing long-term. (Although the product is shelf-stable at room temperature, on rare occasions natural fermentation may cause the content to overflow. To prevent this and to ensure best quality, refrigeration is recommended.) Always use a clean spoon to scoop gochujang out of the container. Paste color may become darker after exposure to oxygen. This is normal, and it is still safe to eat.
