Shipping policy

Q-Rapha items are carefully packaged to ensure the safe arrival of each customer’s order.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

All packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and will include insurance and tracking information.

Package transit times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location of the customer.  Q-Rapha is not responsible for delays in transit once the package is in the hands of the carrier. 

Cancellation and modification
Customer must contact us immediately for all order modifications and cancellations.  We cannot modify or cancel orders that have shipped.  If an order is not accepted by the customer and the package is returned, the order will be cancelled.  The order refund will be processed for the original order amount minus the return shipping charge.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email.  Q-Rapha will not be responsible for packages returned due to undeliverable and/or incorrect shipping address.

All orders that are returned with “Return to Sender” will be cancelled.  Refunds for “Return to Sender” order cancellations will be processed for the original order amount minus all shipping charges.

International shipments
Customer are responsible for import duties.  If package is returned to Q-Rapha due to failure of import duty payment, customer will receive refund for the original order amount minus applicable fees and all shipping charges.
