Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns and exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or if the item is damaged.  If you received the wrong item, please send us pictures of the item received to info@qrapha.com. 

If the item is damaged, please send the following to info@qrapha.com.

  • Pictures of damaged item
  • Pictures of shipping box and any damages to the box
  • Picture of shipping label.

Do not discard damaged item and shipping box.  A claim must be filed and the carrier will require inspection of damages.  If the carrier is unable to inspect the damages the claim will be denied and Q-Rapha will not be responsible for replacing or refunding damaged item.

If an order is not accepted by the customer and the package is returned, the order will be cancelled.  A refund will be processed for the original order amount minus the return shipping charge.

All shipped orders that are returned with “Return to Sender” will be cancelled.  Refunds for “Return to Sender” order cancellations will be processed for the original order amount minus return shipping charges.
